Welcome. Lets get a few pictures in here.

  1. Car Exterior
  2. Car Interior
  3. Engine Bay
  4. That Extra Engine
It the prefect time right now to get under that hood and make a good assessment of what you are up against. What are your plans?

Make the existing a DD for now and mod from there?

Take that Extra Engine and build it out and swap it in?

How can we help you here?

To be honest I haven taken one picture of the car yet!
The original plan was to get a good body car and drive it to death. Learn how to wrench as I go and then upgrade the suspension to make a great twisty machine!

The wrenching part is coming sooner rather than later as I have an oil leak form somewhere (rear main seal or lower intake) that I need to educate myself on and begin the learning process.

Car was purchased as...
347 stroker (I believer this is false)
GT40 heads and Intake
Underdrive pulley system
larger alternator
Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator
Custom Tune
1 inch lowering springs
Hotchkis upper and lower control arms

There are few other items as well but Ill get to them as I post pictures.

A tremendous amount of learning to do however Ive got some time and the drive to learn.

The 351 i bought 2 days before the car. This came out of an f-250 running strong. The goal was to tear it apart and figure out how a motor works. Clean it up and build it back again for reliablilty. Time will tell on what I do with it however a swap would be the plan.

Well here is a few pictures of “thumper”

I’ve got a major oil leak from somewhere that I’m trying to diagnose. I purchased a repair manual today and still need to get tags for the car this week prior to moving forward! More to come that adventure. As you can see the motor is accessible easilyso this should be fun!!

And that upper intake has gotta go too! Tests show they consume several horses when installed on red cars.
Yeah they ain't worth much either

LOL, the hood thread all over again. When you are driving that beast and you want to make a right hand turn, can you post a drivers seat view to prove my point please. That thing has to reduce the vision and increase the blindspot like 50%
