I AM NEW TO THIS FORUM. I WENT TO E-TOWN WITH MY 05 LAST SUNDAY AND HAD A BEST TIME OF 13.30 AT 104 WITH A 1.87 60FT. WHEN I WENT OUT WITH THE CAR IN STOCK TRIM IT WENT 13.72, SINCE THEN I INSTALLED 4:10'S AND AN AIR RAID WITH A DIABLO TUNE. I AM THINKING OF A SET OF HEADER'S AND STICKIES NEXT. ANY SUGGESTION'S ON HOW TO GET INTO THE 12'S NORMALLY ASPIRATED? I THINK WITH HEADER'S AND STICKIES IT SHOULD GO CLOSE TO IT.

one of the magazines just did a article on a getting a car in the 12's and lifting the front wheels. It was all suspension bolt ons(remove front sway bar,LCA etc) and MINOR engine stuff(intake, tune and maybe gears)

Auto or a manual?
Without having seen the article, I'd say you are on the right track with headers and tires.
