New Tranny advice

I'm looking at getting a new transmission....My question is what should I go with and why??...I plan on getting a supercharger in the future, but mainly the car will be daily driven....any advice will be much appreciated!

manual or automatic?

manual, I like the t56's but that me I like the idea of a 6th gear.

Of Course the tko's if serious power is in the cards

now Auto Can't help much. I'm a C4 full manual valve body kinda guy there or just a beefed up od auto.

either one of the TKO trannies or the T-56 that would be my vote

the viper spec one is what i would recommend that thing can handle abuse

I thought it was just gearing diffrences between cobra and Viper
