new trans do i need diffs

ok have a new trans and i love it, its the z spec t-5 i dont know wat the ratio of 5th gear is but when on the freeway when i shift to 5th any where between 15k to 2k it lags but i its above 2k then its fine, so if i changed to 373 diff will it slove this prob

Your 5th gear ratio is now 0.63 as opposed to 0.68 found in normal t-5's.
