I just put my 86 gt together. i added a qa1 k-member and did a 87-93 gt spindle conversion so i can go 5-lug easily. I want to run the centerline telstars and im havin a bit of trouble. I was going to run a 15x7 with 5 inch b/s. But left turn almost at lock the wheel just touches the control arm, which i assume since the tire will be over the lip slightly it will hit . I dont like that. Does anyone run these wheels? And if so what b/s and size are they. I just dont want to spend 1800 on wheels and tires and not have the correct wheels to use.I want the wheel to fit and look proper in the wheel well. i have the option of going to a 4" wheel with 1.625" b/s. maybe with a 26x6 tire?? Any ideas, comments, would be much appreciated.
