Hey all -- I've always owned 87-93 mustangs but last weekend I picked up an 04 sonic blue GT for a daily driver. Got a couple questions. First, today is the first day I drove it with shorts and I noticed that the floor vent apears to be blowing air when the car is moving, like the pass-through vent. All of the HVAC controls are turned off. Is it normal for this floor vent to always be on? Any way to disable that?
Second question, I know on the 79-93 Mustangs it's pretty important to get subframe connectors since the chassis is a wet noodle. Is it as necessary on the 99-04s as the 79-93s to get SFCs?
