First off I want to say hi. I am the proud owner of a 1965 Mustang. I have been a lurker on this site for a little while, and finally decided to post. Now for the question about my car.

I have 2 carbs both holley 4 barrels. A 4160 600 cfm with vac. secondary and a 4150 650 double pumper w/ mec. Secondary. The 4160 is currently on the car but it needs a rebuild. So I am going to rebuild one of the two for use on my car. My question is which one fits my moods better?

Let me give you the specs on my car. It is a C code coupe, auto. Some time before I got it somebody put a 302 in it. Last summer my uncle and I rebuilt the engine and bored it out to a 306. It has forged internals w/ 10-1 compression. Also we put Gt 40p heads, a summit cam with about .480 lift and about 280 duration, it also has crane 1.7 roller rockers, try-y's made to fit the Gt 40p's and 2 1/2" flowmaster exhaust as for the intake it is a edelbrock rpm. I have 4.11 gears in the rearend and my trany is a tci c4.

Any help would be great.
