hey everyone i wasnt sure where to post this but i am new here....my name is Jeff and I just bought my third mustang delivered today a 2006 performance white GT.......In the past I have owned a 1982 GT a 1990 GT(bought new) a 1995 GT and now the 2006 which I like the best so far....im glad to be here , hope to find out a lot of things.......now ill tell you a little about myself....
the last car I had was a modded 1995 MarkVIII..but back into a stang now..........and love it....I live in missouri and work as a service writer at one of the busiest ford service depts here....I love my job ....and love my Ford...( funny sidenote....my Dad,Uncle and Granfather are all GM retirees.....from the factorys...Im the black shep I guess.....oh well) nice to meet you all ... now Im off to browse.....

i love being the black sheep !!!!!! btw my uncle loves the 2005 and up stang...tho he would never admit that amongst all his GM/Corvette pals... thanks for the welcome....

Welcome! I also have had several Stangs before my '06. '92 LX 5.0, '95 GT, '00 GT and I also can agree that all around, the new one is much better than the others. I do miss my '92 however. Have fun here and post up pics!

heres a pic of the day i picked it up..........damn so ready to start some mods....... first things id like to do is mufflers any suggestions?...i want an agressive musclecar sound.....gt500 rear spoiler......honeycombed black insert on the trunk.....short throw shifter...and some billet indoor trim pieces...cup hlders and what not....any other suggestions for starting mods?.....im so ready......

Try Flickr. It's free and you upload 1 pic and you can post it at several different resolutions

As far as mods go, the sky is the limit! My mod list already has 22 things on it, now 3 more on order and at least 6 more to go

Welcome to the cclub!!!!! I've also have had several stangs, 66 and 67 verts, 67 and 68 fastbacks, 69 mach 1 and a 74 mustang II. This is my first new stang and I bought it because it looks old, so it's my first new/old stang, sorta of an oxymoron. Anyway, great site, good folks and lots to learn and share.
