nice little mod I thought I'd share. (LED license light)

Hey guys and gals. Just thought I'd share I nice little apperance mod I did to the stang not too long ago. Haven't heard or seen anyone do this yet but I feel a lot of you all will think about it since it's so much cleaner. Basically replaced the stockers with two 4 LED housings from custom dynamics http://www.customdynamics.com/courtesy_lights.htm this is the link to the page and it's the standard 4 led pod. Had to remove the plastic housing for the stock light and haven't sealed it completely yet. Oh and excuse the light that's out, just went out before I took the picture.

I'm definitely the first person to give the thumbs down to an American car with Altezzas, but, for some very strange reason, those don't look nearly as bad as most others I've seen. They look alright in that one picture, so I will give them a thumbs middle. As for those LEDs, I bet I'd get pulled over around here for that. I got pulled over in my old Ranger, because the cops saw that I had blue lights in, which he wouldn't have noticed except for the fact that my truck was 743973436 feet in the air. (The blue lights looked cool on the all blue Michigan plate!)

Had a Civic before my last two 2000 Mustang GT's. It was sqooshed at 5 mph. No more cracker jack toys for me.

Good job on the mod dude. It's definately not one I've seen too often.

Only downside I see is it'll be easier for cops to read your plates, and from further away. I think the most interesting mod relating to the lighting would be a toggle switch which disables every light on the rear of the vehicle..... just in case. I did that on my crotch rocket years and years ago.

tail lights aren't bad, just don't look right on a mustang...I like the tri-bar, sorta nostalgic. but the same guys cracking jokes on those probably love the last generation lightning tails....sheep.

Oh and those wheels are sweet...love those BBS's

they reasojn why the altezzas on his car look somewhat decent is cuz theyre smoked...i wonder what theyd look like with a black trim on the lights as do the stock lights do....hmmm

Those altezzas don't look as bad because they are black, but i definitely would have chosen tinted stockers or even honeycombed stock taillights over those.

The Mustang 3-bar taillight is a classic look
