nitrous bomb or just bull

running a NX 150 hp nitrous system on a stock bottom with 80,000k on it, i just bought a set of heads edelbrock performer rpm's. my question is whats the likely hood of blowin this motor up and wreckin my new heads, witch are to nice to see get smacked by a piston. should i worry ? or bolt them on now, they are originally goin on my 347 stroker im building at the moment but these heads will breath nicely on the 302 in her now. is it worth it or wait for the motor without the juice? thanks for any suggestions keith

well that else is done to the car? I suppose you have the fuel, timing, and ignition components to back up the 150 shot?

no your heads are more than likely not gonna get hurt. If you have the factory forged pistons the block will be the first thing to give. that wont hurt your heads.

its a nitrous express kit

NX kits use stock fuel pump and stock timing i have a msd 6al and an msd blaster tfi coil thanks aaron. thanks guys those heads are goin on then probably this weekend!
