Nitrous...where to start?

Ive decided to hit the bottle but Im wondering what would be a good starter kit to go with. Car is a daily driver with a trip to the track about every other weekend. Im hoping to find a kit that wont break the bank.

car is an 87GT holley carbed gt40p heads AFM n41 cam etc etc

would I be better off getting something small or going ahead and getting something larger that's adjustable? Ive never used nitrous so bear with me.

having probs finding a dry kit for carbs thats not just those tiny "sneeky pete" bottles

I used the Trick Flow kit made by NX on my 1990 carb'ed 5L. It was pretty easy to install. PN TFS-N4150 approx $450
