I have 2 questions about my 1994 mustang GT

First off I have no heat. I just put a new 190 degree thermostat in, the car runs at opperating temperature just fine, but I have no heat in the car?

and also, i noticed that when shifting gears, my car tends to shoot up in rpm's before dropping. (I.E If I shift at 2500 rpm, it will shoot up to 3000 rpm when i push the clutch in)

anyone have any helpful answers?

thanks!

The heat problems I would think that the hose that opens the little door for your heat isnt opening...could have a loose hose and and far as the revving my car does that too. I think they is related to the gas pedal cable. It may stick a little or your TB not sure though cause my car does it too
