Ive found that a 03 - up V6 honda accord belt works perfectly as short belt for smog delete for stock 5.0's with factory pulleys not sure how it would do with underdrive pulleys.
The easiest way is to just get a peice of string, wrap it around your pulleys and measure.
When you go to the parts store, just read the part number off on the 6-rib belts. The last 3 numbers are the lenght. So ABC 10705 would be a 70.5" belt.
