no options gt wtf

What more can we add other than the obvious? You have a base of the base model GT, which there are not many of, and the weight is not much different than a regular loaded up GT. We are harping about the spelling and grammar. What more is there?

You have a 248A package like previously thought. I had a 97 that was stripped except for AC. It has base seats, manual windows, locks, etc. I had mine weighed once and with almost no gas in it, the total came to 3187lbs I believe. It is a bit lighter than the more heavily optioned cars, but it isn't 600lbs. It makes the 215 horsepower in these cars feel better, but it still isn't great. It is rare though. I've only seen one 97 248A (mine) in real life and heard of only a handful of others.

600 lbs is very excessive for a car to be stripped down... I'd believe 100 lbs for a GTS (I also had a 1995 GTS) and really there can't be that much difference for the lack of power windows, locks and such... All thats missing is some wires and plastic maybe a few pieces of metal here and there... no biggie... but I could be wrong...

yall aint nothin but a buncha ball busters youd rather b**** and complain about someones GRAMMER and crap like that instead of givin some insight on questions that are asked. and to hotmustang you better have it reweighed cause my friends fully loaded GTs gvwr is 4450lbs. so i dont no were your readin the info off your car but that info is located on the VIN STICKER on the inside of you door jamb.

Durrrrrrrrrrrrr. First to answer a question we have to understand what you're asking...grammar is the best way to help us understand that. Second, your question was already answered but you don't believe the correct answer that was repeated several times so you wrote this to complain.
