NO power getting to my interior fusebox IGN

I have an issue, i noticed my windshied washer,clock,power windows were'nt working today. I check the fuse box, and one fuse that controls the windshild washers that is normal hot all the time is dead.

I check under the hood and find that the fuses labled IGN put power to everything that i have an issue with, HOWEVER im getting power at all the fuses, and through them underhood.

Im thinking a burnt wire possibly,between the engien bay fues box, and interior box. anyone have any info? The manual does not specify which wire or fuse (of the 3) feeds what wont work!

Basically, does anyone have a wiring diagram between the exterior fuse box, and the interior one?

I need to leave, and i cant get this thing fixed
