No power to radio, windows with engine on...

Now, I searched but couldn find anything related to my problem.
My radio and power windows will not work when the ignition is on engine on, but when the ignition is only turned and engine off everything works. in other words,when the car is running both the radio and windows get absolutely no power. with the ignition on with engine off everything is fine.
so I have to roll my windows down or up with the engine off.
pleeease help...
this only happens with the windows and radio, all other electricals are fine. thx in advance

sounds like an ignition switch to me. Its probablly starting to come aport. its a $10 part and takes about 15 minutes to change. Just make sure you have a t27 tamperproof torx bit to rmove the module
