Its got a 2 car garage so I dont have to fold my mirrors everynight to pull my truck in the garage like the town house. 3 bedroom, fire place and its only a few yours old, no mowing the lawn because its in a associated neighborhood and the best feature is no stinking idiot neighbors playing basketball in the masterbedroom bouncing off the walls and floors.
