As my title states, i have no signals and no hazards. I've replaced the multifunction switch and the fuses are fine. I have the high beams and the wipers work fine but i have no idea on what to check next.

Module? The little silver canister?

If it was that his lights would still light, just not flash.

Flasher modules have 2 differennt failure modes. The more common causes the lights to stay on steady. But flasher modules can also fail such is to give the symptoms described. The same symptoms would result if the connector or a wire fell off the module.

Yours might be yellow. I know mine is.

It's a yellow relay looking device next to your fuse panel (at least in my car it is)

The flasher module should have 5 wires:
Purple/orange stripe
Red/white stripe
Black
Light blue
White/red stripe

Do both your brake lights and back-up (reverse) lights work? The flasher circuit fuses (#1 and #9) are common to the brake and reverse lights. Fuses can look fine but still be open.
