Again, new Painless wiring harness, wipers worked before
I show 10-11 volts at the high speed connector with the switch at BOTH speeds
I show no volts at the low speed connector at either speed, unless I jiggle between speeds then maybe 10V
I bypassed the switch by jumper wire from Orange/White power feed to low and high connectors on motor but nothing happened
My guess is the switch is bad, but do you have to have the full 12+ volts to the motor? Seems like the high speed wipers should at least be working. Thanks for any help -Jeff

Sounds like maybe a ground issue

I carried a schematic with me to my kids ballgame and noticed that the wiper motor was supposed to be ground to the dash, I had it grounded to itself (which was the way it was wired before the new harness) but while correcting this issue I noticed that one of the power feeds (light green) was disconnected, probably from my arm going in and out with an ignition switch issue, so one or the other fixed the problem. However the wipers will not park, so I'm going to follow a lead I got from tos that some Painless illustrations were incorrect.
