Noise while letting off the clutch

I installed a rebuilt trans about 5-6 months ago with a resurfaced flywheel and a new ram clutch and pressure plate setup. I have a new motorsport cable and clutch fork. Steeda firewall adjuster and triple hook quadrant. Everything has been working perfectly and 90% of the time it still works without a noise. But everynow and then it seams once the car gets warmed up I could be comeing off the clutch in any gear or in Neutral and I hear a click noise and feel it in the pedal sort of pop. Let me try to explain better starting off in first gear I could be comeing off the pedal slowly and right in the middle (allready moveing alittle) it pops the clutch so I jerk forward some. The noise sounds to be comeing from the firewall so I was thinking it is flexxing.

ANy other ideas and where can I buy something that will eliminate the flex , figureing I have every other aftermarket piece you can have for a clutch setup my as well add one more. Thanks

some have fabbed up a plate to distribute the force against the firewall. is your pedal stiff? cable aligned properly (quadrant to firewall and routed correctly underneath)?

get someone to push the pedal in and out while you watch the firewall to see if you see flexing. good luck.

Everything is lined up correctly , I guess I need to find somebody with a good leg. My girlfriend can barely reach the pedals let alone manage a nice stiff clutch. Yeah the pedal is stif but not as stiff as it use to be with the king cobra PP I had on there. This ram feels awesome just I think the king cobra wore the crap out of the firewall cause that was a pain in the nutz to ride in traffic with.
