Hi all, new here but I've been around Mustangs for a while. Anyway, I'll get to the point, I've got an '89 Country Squire with a solid 302. Theres plenty of late foxes with worthless 2.3's cheap. So heres the plan, pull the 302, snot the ****er, pickup an LX hatch, TKO, and an 8.8, good to go. Just a few questions.
Will the Crown Vic's AOD fit in the Fox without grabbin the hammer?
Any place I can grab an ECU & harness for an H.O, rather than looking for parts cars?
I'll be keeping the A/C thank you. Will the 4 banger A/C setup work with the 302? Maybe with a 302 bracket?
Brackets, A/C, P/S, alternator, all that crap, anywhere I can get 'em?
How about a parts interchange manual?
I know its not a lite project, but its nothing new. Got a few 3rd gens done, but they're easier to find, just kinda ugly though.
