Greetings, all. I have inherited my wife's '99 Camry for the summer. (LOL--The price we'll pay to get to keep a classic in the garage!) Unfortunately, I realized during my first day in it, that the A/C works only on high. The A/C does not blow at all on any of the lower speeds.

Could I be lucky, and it may only be a switch? Or, probably something worse? Just curious on you guys' takes on the order in which I should check things out to fix it.

TIA for any and all feedback!

Bryan

I would check out the switch since it does work properly in high. Check the heater position too.....uses the same fan.

Thanks to both of you for the feedback, guys. Tx65--you were correct. It was the blower motor resistor. Figured it out last night, but couldn't get the part till this a.m.

$25 and 20 minutes, and I now have A/C again!!!!

Thanks again, guys.
