I have an 04 gt and want to know whats the most mods I can do to the intake/exhaust setup to get more hp and sound etc... without voiding the warranty. Want to get as much performance increase as I can.

Legally you can do just about any mod, and it only voids the waranty on that particular part, or any part that is damaged as a result of that mod. The problem is that some dealerships will void it anyway, assuming that it would cost you more to fight it than to pay for the repair.

about the CD player, he should call the BBB and federal trade commision, and raise hell, then when fixed, find another dealer.
I know of 2 mod friendly dealers in my town and am close with my dealer's service manager, i have always been 100% honest with him and he has bent over backards for me, good thing he takes local trips down the 1320

Unfortunately, unless you really find a mod friendly dealer, not too much that can be done. I really only started to mod after the warranty was up. My local dealers are tough with mods, even the one that has a large aftermarket FRPP parts section inside. A catback is usually OK as it is downstream of the cats, lowering springs and if you stay with the stock rear diff cover you can usually get away with some gears - not too drastic ones though.
