NOOB 06 mustang gt maf connector broke!!!

Need urgent help guys, I am new to this forum. I have owned my 06 gt redfire vert for 1 month now. I was removing my aftermarket cai when I broke the little red lock clip for the maf! Now the maf clip wont lock! Can I just replace the little red clip instead of the entire connector?

I would say yes,as long as it’s just the red clip that broke

How can I replace it? Pull it up with needle nose pliers?

Between my stang and my jeep I have a constant car headache!!!

I’d try a pocket screwdriver and a careful touch lol

Well, I never replaced the red locking tab and I drove the stang hard last night and it stayed on without it (knock on wood lol) Eventually, Ill replace the connector.
