Normal Operating Temp

I started a thread about an overheating issue i have on my 03 Gt. I was curious as to what a normal operating temp is for these cars. I've been reading 224-248 degrees farenheit, which seems very high.

with a tranny cooler in front of the AC condenser and the normal fan seting from the factory, mine runs 210 F in the heat of the summer in stop and go traffic with the AC on.

If I program the fan to come on at 190 it usually runs around 200 with stop and go traffic.

I'm also going from the reading off of my autometer sensor located at the rear of the block.

The temps may be different at the T housing

Cruising on the freeway, it's around 85C or 185F, but in traffic, it gets up to 100C or 210F.
