NOS dry kit install problem

I am having trouble with my dry kit. When i open the valve on the bottle the nitrous runs right into the vacuum line and fp regulator. When i hit the button nitrous will come out of the single nozzle but anytime the valve is open nitrous is going thru my vacuum tree and into my fp regulator. Whats wrong?
The blue thing in between the solenoids runs a line into the tee one goes to my vacuum tree and the other to my fp regulator which shares a tee for the normal intake to fp vacuum line why is nitrous going thru that, isnt it just supposed to push air not nitrous.

Should the nitrous come out of the blue thing and air for the fp regulator and vacuum come from the end of the last solenoid. I bought it used, the guy had it on his car but never sprayed it.
Now that i think about it the vacuum lines freeze over but when i hit the nitrous button and watch the nozzle air comes out but doesnt look like nitrous.
I'll go switch the blue and the solenoid lines.

Nevermid all of that, I looked over it all again and one of the solenoids was on backwards where nitrous came in the out port and went out the in port. Its all fixed im about to back the timing and try it out
