you should be fine. definetly should upgrade the torque converter and get a shift kit just to firm up the shifts and make it worth your while

As long as your run less than a 125 shot you should be fine. I run an Edelbrock system on mine with no problems

Do you need a bottle warmer?

I read that Nitrous Oxide splits at a certain temp, (570 degrees F).

http://auto.howstuffworks.com/question259.htm

So the injection of nitrous oxide into an engine means that more oxygen is available during combustion. Because you have more oxygen, you can also inject more fuel, allowing the same engine to produce more power.

Remember, Nitrous Oxide is NOT FLAMMABLE!

yep, it's a combustion-inhibitor. Just don't over do it. Think of nitrous in an engine like a cannon. Yes it's built very capable, but what happens if you pack too much gun powder in it in an attempt to get a bigger blast (ie: horsepower) and send the cannon ball farther and faster (ie: the piston moving downwards in the combustion cycle) ? Same principle here with the internal combustion engine....

BTW: a high stall converter is for high-revving engines. It gives a highly modified vehicle the abilty to launch higher in the rpm range where it was designed to run at. It's completely in appropriate in the setting of a stock application, you'll be wasting your money and you will be giving your engine a narrow rpm band to work with. Plus you don't have the equipment to run high rpm's in stock form. You can however go for it and you will get some results, but you'll more than likely run out of rpm-band before you can really have a big effect. Hold off on the stall converter until you give your engine some more breathing power. The stock heads make the engine kind of crap out around 5500 rpm's. Definitely go with the 3.73's or maybe even 4.10's and the shift kit however though.

It really seems to wake up the aod cars, theres 2 here w/ just mufflers gears and slicks running 12.80's and getting quicker from nitrous.
