Not Sure If You Guys Watch

Back in the day I called those guys "easy money". Always good for 50-100$. Iroc owners were the best. Especially the 5.7 cars.

Remember the formula 350 firebirds? I tore one up so bad one night after taking his money he wanted to buy my car. Lol. If you can't beat em, buy em... I guess. Haha. Guy had no clue.

Guys were especially dumb back in the 90's. They bought stock cars and didn't have a clue on increasing their performance(Chevy/GM guys). The mustang crowd was all over the upgrades. It was actually kind of amazing looking back it. The aftermarket was fairly fast acting and intensive for our cars. GM? Nope. Having a low 12 sec car back then was pretty fast(mine ran that with nitrous). I never even had to use the juice on the camaros. Muscle car guys with their "big block, cam, headers yada yada" thought they were fast also. Most were still high 13 sec cars. They all sounded fast lol. It helped I used some "cheater" slicks(M&H bias ply). That car always hooked really well on the street. Amazing how things have changed.

I watch some of these shows where they work on cars, but I can't stand street outlaws. They won't even show an actual race. It's all chopped up and pans back and forth. I can't stand the characters on the show, either. Fast and Loud used to be decent, when they actually worked on cars. Now, they just have a bunch of ignorant drama. Most of the shows are like that now.

I do still watch a couple other shows regularly. "Car Fix" is pretty good. Just a couple guys wrenching on cars. They also did a fox body recently. Basically, they did heads and intake, I believe. Then took it to the track to see how it did. Personally, I'd rather be out in my own garage piddling around. The few car shows that I do watch, even though they do wrench a little, are mostly infomercials for overpriced parts that most of us can't afford lol

I know a shop here in Tulsa that works on one of the Street Outlaws cars. Very cool builds with extremely short turnarounds. They'll install a roll cage and it goes back to OKC, they build a rear end, and it goes back to OKC and so on.....
HORRYWOOD!!!!!!'
