I have an 89 4 cylinder body thats in good condition. I was wondering if the was a market for anything from it. I purchased a mid stream 4 cylinder to 5.0 conversion and am going to use the 5.0 and wiring for another project. What would be left is a nice 89 LX without the main harness,5.0 and 5speed. Anyone know if this is worth anything or just junk?

Thanks, Neil

What type of body is it? Coupe or hatch? If it's a coupe, you may be able to find a person looking to build a race car that would buy it.

The dollar amount you can get for the car depends obviously on condition and whether or not you want to pull it apart. You could always part out the interior, wheels, etc. and sell the body together.

I mostly do older Fords. I would have to get some help on prices for parts. But I would be willing if I could get some money back to spend on my other project. I was acutaully going to try and find a wheel for it to replace the one damaged one. They are aftermarket though.

It is an LX coupe. It has a couple small dents and scratches. Other than that I would say its in really good shape. Thats why I have so much junk, everything looks in in good shape or at least to good to trash. It is the body style I like for a race car. Maybe I will take my old stuff and just play with it. But first I ought to see what I can get out of it. Ill have to clean off the snow and take some pictures.

THIS PART IS TO EVERYONE: Thanks for all the input. EFI is new to me so I probably will be asking more questions. Its nice to get on a site and get treeted so well.

THANKS, Neil
