Novi 2k reclocking and pulley swap

so how hard is it to reclock the blower? it doesnt look hard at all, but i wanna make sure there is nothing i need to know before i try to do it. i will be doing a pulley swap too. will i need a new belt when swapping from a 3.5 to a 3.2 pulley? how much do the pulleys cost and can i swap it out myself?

Just undo the hex head bolts and turn the blower as much as you need then retighten them up. As for the belt I think it is .5" shorter for every down sized pulley.
