NX Express Customer Service is top notch. I ordered a shirt from them about a week ago from that special "Free T-Shirt just pay shipping and handling". I got the shirt in today (came in the 19th, just haven't been able to get around to my P.O. Box in a while) and it was the wrong size. I ordered a Medium and got a Xtra Large. At 150lbs, an XL wont really fit me so I called up their customer support. I was on hold for quite a while but I can understand that, they are trying to sell $500+ nitrous systems, t-shirt orders aren't gonna be #1 priority and besides, I was playing Gears of War while on hold
. Anyways, I finally talked to one of the guys there and he looked at my order and just said "I don't know what I was thinking when I packaged your order up, I'll get the right shirt out there by tomorrow." I asked if he wanted me to ship the other one back and he just said "Nah, consider it one of those true freebies."
I thanked him and should get my shirt within 5 days or so
Definitely a pleasure to do "business" with, even though the shirt was free haha. I'll most likely do business with them when I order up my nitrous if their customer service was that nice with a t-shirt order.
