What all will i have to modify to run a set of o ring'd heads? Or is is just simply finding steel rings to put in the slots?

Steel rings or a set of gaskets with the wire already in them.

-or-

I think you can run MLS gaskets with those just like they were not o-ringed at all. Double check this last suggestion with some other folks though. It's something that I've "heard" of being done but not seen.

Depends on what the heads were machined for, either the wire or for the o-ringed gaskets. Just had a set of heads machned for o-ringed gaskets(fel pro 1006). Machine work is different between using o-ringed gaskets or using the ring in the head or block with copper gaskets.

I am running TFS o-ringed heads and nothing needed to be done to the block. The gaskets are what has the o-ring. You should be good.

I just bought the gasket kit for the TFS o-ringed heads from summit.

There is another gasket set for the high ports.
