O2 sensor codes, need help

Hello. I have the following mods:
JLT CAI
SCT tuner
BBK long tube headers
BBK X-pipe without cats
Flowmaster American Thunder axle-back mufflers
Car was tuned by THR (Texas Hot Rods)
Here's my problem. My CEL keeps coming on. I read the codes and it's my O2 sensors. How do I get a tune that would clear the codes? I live in Illinois and while I was in EL Paso, TX, I had some mods done. I've called THR and gave them the codes, but haven't heard from them. I keep calling, but am getting tired of the run around. I need help!!!
 
With your set-up:

BBK long tube headers
BBK X-pipe without cat

you will need MIL eliminators. It is a necessary evil when you have a set-up like you do. Depending on the device you used to read the OBD-II DTCs you may be able to clear them. If not, a tuner that clears codes will work.
 
I had a guy that was getting 02sensor codes and I found that he had some work done recently and someone had 2 of the sensors crossed up. All I had to do was switch the 2 harness plugs so they were connected to the proper sensors. Just a thought.....Is that possible in your case?

You have the SCT Xcalibrator device, correct? The device will clear the codes, but the CEL will continue to come on as the oxygen sensors are looping malfunctions and throwing the codes and illuminating the dash light. Hence the need for MIL eliminators. This is a mechanical device. Because you have no catalytic converters the O2 sensors are having issues and talking to the computer that regulates them. Most likely it's your long-tube headers. I had JBA LT headers and had to remove them to eliminate getting DTCs and CELs. Removing the DTCs & CELs is not suffifient; you need to eliminate the cause of getting them. Because the before-cat sensors and the after-cat sensors ar not spaced (with the long tubes) according to the car's design, the sensors are not only reporting problems (stuck lean, stuck rich, slow response sensor, etc), they are erroneously calling for mixtures and whatnot that are not desirable. The car runs less well. I have been told that JBA LT headers, for example, cannot be used without getting a dyno shop to reprogram the car's computer (a canned tune did not work for me). I did ask Dynotech (I think I got that right) whether their LTHs would work and they said yes. The picuure of that item shows a complete setup, including cats (with sensors probably spaced correctly for the setup) for about $1500. Anyhow, after I removed the LTHs, my 2006 GT runs fabulously.
