You could keep running them and pick up some O2 extender harnesses.

If you go with the self extend the wires thing

DON'T splice the O2's harness

Work with the harness on your Stang

The O2's harness is a special wire that breathes

If you look at hego1 and hego2 in your dlogs, you should see them switching rapidly back and forth during closed loop driving conditions.

With that many miles on them ... they may be kinda at the end of their life cycle but ... who knows

If you get the post-cat sensors, please take install pictures. I have visions of Guero shooting some holes in the exhaust to ease the install.

Just for info: The front sensors are for stoichiometry calcs (for the puter). The secondary O2's (On OBD-II cars. NOT yours) are only to measure the efficiency of the catalyzation process (make sure the cats are working). That's why the newer cars have four O2's and we have two.

As Grady and others implied, you'd want the 'front-most' sensors.

A good call as I've seen many times other peeps say they have very good prices

Search ... I know I know
but
I am 100% sure this has been covered on our fourm several times
and
I do remember more specific details were given like part numbers and such in those earlier threads.

OH HECK ... Since you are after all the famous ... Mexi-Can
I invested 2 minutes ... just for you
