I hooked up my Actron scanner to a friends 99 f150 yesterday, and in over an hour of trying, it said it was not connected. Tried the scanner on my truck and it works fine. Help line said maybe the trucks obd port had lost power.
Anyone else had a scanner or a vehicle that would just not communicate?
