I have a 95 convertable Gt...only mods are cold air intake, h pipe, flows and that is it. Occasssionally while riding down the road all of the sudden I will get a dead miss. It hits one time then is gone..it feels more like a sudden loss of power just for a split second. Really wierd. I have replace the distributor with another stock one, complete tune up, and check all the ground straps just to make sure one wasnt loose. The car and motor has...are you ready for this...180,000. It is getting really crappy gas mileage due to loss of compression in the motor....I am guessing the problem could be spawning from the compression issue. Anyone have any ideas?
