Anyone know where I might be able to find some of these OEM blanks in these shapes? My dad had these keys on his 91 LX a long time ago, and I just feel I need to have this type of key or it just doesn't feel right. The wide oval key is especially useful because it gives you more grip area for turning the key (not a big deal but it is to me lol)

Would the ford dealers still have them?

Update: Found the wide oval one. It's a a Ford Lincoln Mercury H52 Wide. Now to find the other one.

Update 2: Found a set on eBay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ford-Escort...m564019da68:m:mCHcZJQU8s7IsyzundgVFUg&vxp=mtr

Scratch what o said. I may have two original keys to my '88. I'm the second owner is this was what I got with the car along with some obvious duplicates

Just looks brass from years of hanging on a key ring next to a brass copy of it. It's silver...or was.

I just bought some new ones on eBay anyway. Time to retire those

According to the owners manual, I should have fat keys too
