Off road h pipe emission question

Hey, i live in new york and drive a 96 gt. Im wondering if i will pass obd II if i use the off road pipe and put the false O2 sensors in?

you'll fail visual and as far as the the O2 sensors go you will need the MILenators to put in between the sensors factory harness

You will FAIL with flying colors.

Like said before; just the visual alone you will fail

If you have a smog test you will obviously fail that one as well due to not having cats to help neutralize the emissions.
