Off road pipe

Now that I have decided to start project 94 off with an off road pipe, I have a question for anyone with an answer. Will my check engine light come on with the replacement of the factory h-pipe? If so, do I have to buy a MIL eliminator?

Nope. Since our cars only have one oxegen snesor before the Cat there is no need. The MIL eliminators are to simulate the cat convertors cleaning up the exhaust so cars with 2 oxygen sensors think they have cats.

The upside to the O/R h-pipe are power and sound.. the down side is emissions...

I went with a h-pipe with high flow cats and saw a huge gain over my factory h-pipe with 4-cats, but now that I passed emissions and have over a year i am looking for a cheap o/r H-pipe....
