Whats up with that it seems like Ive been just a Official Member forever ....Like whats the deal who's in charge of this fieasco.

I think once you've been around for 4 years, you are eligible for Fondling Member status. But to change it requires a higher-up to see that you're due and make the change (it's not written into code or done automatically).

When you say something really really stupid, they'll give you a CT.

I think its a age on the forum thing...mine "changed" last year or late the year before or something. Its not like you get a prize or anything so its not a big deal.

Was that deliberate or just a misspelling . I thought it was quite cute . We all need Fondling privileges once in a while

I think you're right. I take it all back. Fondling members unless of the other gender should not be allowed.
