Help please
I have been to my dealer a couple times now about my Mach citing TSB's and they wont fix anything under them. They say just because there is a TSB doesnt automatically qualify you for a repair. my car shifts hard has valve noise a rattling seat and a suspension clunk. All listed in TSBs i get no help only the if youve reved your car and we see it in your ECU your warranty will be void and youll owe the money for diagnosis.
You guys make it sound so easy what is the correct process to get a dealer to fix the car. Ford customer care says take it back the service manager just looks for ways to get around the issues. argumentative etc.

He's even given me his phone number should I want to talk to him directly...and NO...I'm not going to post it here, so please don't ask. I think we need to wait about 2 weeks on this and then call the Ford dealers. If by chance Ford hasn't admitted a TSB is/was issued then I will call Jon for his help.

The TSB was to be written this week or last week by Ford. I know that all parts are on hand in our inventory and will be available to Ford Dealers soon.
