Official What You Got For Christmas Thread!!

I got a set of Craftsman crossforce ratcheting wrenches, both metric and standard. I think there's about 15 or so wrenches total. They are sweet. Every time I use a wrench I wish it were a ratcheting wrench. And I got a new Dell laptop in mid-November from my Mom, but that was my birthday/Christmas present from her. That's it, but I'm happy.

The wife went overboard this year yet again. I got a UPR Fuel rail kit with lines for the 95'. The rest was for the 05'. Fuddle Racing Torque Convertor, Spydershaft aluminum driveshaft, BMR Upper and Lower control arms, SS Inserts Grills, Razzi side scoops for 1/2 windows, Xenon Side panels, Garmin GPS, JVC Mini Camcorder (Finally be able to get vids of spanking those Camaro's in the 05'), and a bunch of clothes.

Dam Charlie! I think next year Im sending my wife shopping w/ Monica cause them are some really sweet gifts:nice: I guess them will get the 05 ever so closer to the 11's.

All I got was an AMX and Visa bill!:notnice:

wolfcraft car cover for the stang.
batery charger
snap-on LED trouble light (freakin bright as hell)
20" Acer monitor
new razor
DVD player
digital picture frame
gift cards, shirts and jeans

i made out pretty good.

I got a jawbone hands free headset, Monster Jam PS2 game, SOny Mini DV camera (watch out for a lot of car footage come spring), 300 and the Simpsons DVD's, and a bunch of other small things and gift cards. My big present from my wife is still yet to be determined as I'm trying to buy another car, if I don't end up getting one I'll probably get my fuel system so I can put my turbo kit on finally.

THE TRUTH SURFACES! Very nice my friend:nice:

LOL! You got me! The funny thing is I have had the turbo kit since 2005, I bought it a few months after I hurt the old engine. I still contemplate selling it everyday in favor of a supercharger or a high compression NA 363. Its a PTK single setup that has the entire hot side swain coated which is $$$. I have an interference problem with my K member motor mount pad which is a major reason I haven't had more drive to put it on. The turbo is a small t64e, I figure I'll cut my teeth on it and step up to something larger if I feel the need. The t64e wil supposedly flow enough air to support 700hp.

Mystery- I'm actually going to sell the fox as soon as I get another '94-'95. I want a car i can drive anywhere, and one that I can autocross. I have enough old parts laying around to make it into a fun car. The '90 just wasn't the right car to do what I want with it. I bought it when I was into drag racing which I no longer am. The 94-95 will be much better as a driver which is the primary purpose I want it to serve, and its a hell of a lot better starting platform for autocrossing.

Haha, I knew you've had something brewin' for some time now, I just happened to catch that little hint now:D Sounds like its gonna be a beast! Hopefully some time this summer I'll be at one of the same events as you so I can check this thing out in person.

As for the autocrossing you mentioned, I've been into drag racing since I was knee high to a duck, but I tried auto-x in a Jetta at Waterfest this past summer and had the time of my life! I'm gonna give it a whirl in the '95, and see how it goes...

I have been holding onto this secret for a long time.:Zip2:

Waiting in anticipation for the day you were ready for the big reveal and this is how you announce it, by casually slipping it in a list of christmas iteams. Did you expect it to go unnoticed  Im very disappointed Paul :notnice:
I think without a follow up to a post like that you should be:ban:

Haha, yea thats what I'm saying this is very unlike you Paul! Normally we have to pry these things from you, this time it kinda just ended up in my lap...thanks, it required no effort on my part. Since we can consider this a Christmas present, lets have some pics of it:D

Your right Rich, it was a lame attempt to slide it in. I guess I caved under the stress of the holidays and slipped up! LOL! Rich can attest to me saying that I had no intentions of saying anything until I knew for sure that I'd be putting it on, but I figured what the hell. I'm still very unsure if I will in fact put it on. Every person I have ever known with a turbo mustang says they are an absolute blast and they make power like no other, but they all ended up pulling it off and going a different route. I hope that I don't regret it in the long run.

I'll start a new thread with pics.

What!! I have been running some type of Turbo on my Cobra for the last 6 years or so. Started out with a T-60 HiFi (550 bhp) up to a T76 Q-Trim (950 bhp), and now I'm upgrading that to a PT88 (1250 bhp):D It will be awesome to drive back and forth to work in a low 9 second capable car :nice: I will also be changing the paint scheme on the car when I return from Korea, with a couple more minor engine upgrades.

I too have been holding on to Killercanary's dirty little secret, about time you fessed up.:nice:

As for the wah, I've been thinking about trading it in for a Vox...It was about 5 years ago when I started playing, and it was the first pedal I bought, so I didn't really know any better.
