I know it's a bad picture, but I havent got it on an engine stand yet.

It's a 2004 Lightning 5.4 block, Lightning crank, Manley H beam rods w/ ARP 2000 rod bolts, forged dish piston's (9:7 compression), and ARP main studs.

I plan on going with some MHS stage 3 heads and turbo cams along with a PT-88 or a Bullseye S400(80mm). That along with an edelbrock Victor Jr intake w/ adapter plates and a 6061 plenum. I am picking up a 4R70W from a buddy of mine in a few days. I plan on taking it to BTS here in Arkansas to have them rebuild it and going with a circle D converter.

I am hoping to have it done by next spring. There are still a couple of things I am up in the air with. Can't decide if I want to do twin GT500 pump and all that, or just build a full return style fuel system w/ Aeromotive stuff. I also can't decide if I want to do a full manual valve body w/ a trans-brake on the car. It will be a 100% street car that will still retain A/C and powersteering. Just can't decide.

Also, my UPR tubular K member kit along with billet caster/camber plates, full length subframe connectors, and strange 10 way adjustable shocks and struts should be here mid next week, that will finish up the suspension.

I dont really have a goal for it Horsepower wise, but she better run 9's in the 1/4.

I'd go return-style if I were you. In fact, that's what I chose to do for my own build, which has similar goals (low 10 / high 9 second street car). A return-style fuel system is much more tunable (you can set your own fuel pressure), is easier to upgrade, and will respond to dynamic fuel load demands much more quickly than the factory returnless system. Lethal Performance sells complete return-style conversion kits if you don't want to piece everything together yourself.

I'm using a Fore hat with twin Walbro 255s in a Terminator tank, AN8 feed line and AN6 return line.

Not to highjack but does this system keep the stock computer happy? Do you keep the stock fuel pressure sensor on the fuel rail? I know you get rid on the FPDM for a relay but how do you keep all the electronics happy. MMR makes a kit but they don't go into details about how.

Yeah after doing some research, I am going to go with a return style. But I plan on going with a sumped tank, Aeromotive A1000 external fuel pump, ect. ect. I am getting more and more and more excited every day. I cannot wait to get this thing going.

Also, I decided to go with an 88mm.

The computer can be reprogrammed for a return-style fuel system. If you are using SCT, the Pro Racer software has a setting for it. I will not be keeping the stock fuel pressure sensor on the rail; it is unnecessary and redundant, as the computer won't look for it when tuned for a return-style fuel system. I have a mechanical fuel pressure gauge that I'll be mounting directly on the regulator.
