I got myself a new daily driver. I needed another car for the bike, dog, bad weather etc but wanted something reasonably fun so I got myself a WRX wagon. Its actually pretty cool. Its quick when you get into the higher RPMs and is fun to drive. The turbo lag sucks though and it doesn't have that Mustang low end torque. I was planning on leaving it stock but don't think I have the will power! Maybe just some wheels/suspension mods since the engine mods sound like a pain in the ass to do and its a whole other learning curve.

thats a bad ass car!!!, i just caught the lexus bug again, i had my GS sitting in front of my house for months without driving it, finally took it to the body shop hit it up with some new paint, all new suspension now im shopping for some wheels. I freakin forgot how comfy these japanese cars are compared to my stang andmy jeep lol.

Oh yes you did!

I've been thinking of getting something for the the winter, right now the stang is all i have. But im so addicted to wanting to get some mods with my extra money i dont know how its going to work.

Grats on getting a new ride!

Get a Jeep Cherokee. They are cheap, have the great 4.0 I6 and have awesome low end tq that makes them fun to drive as a DD.

I was originally thinking of getting a Tacoma 4x4 extra cab but then figured the Subaru could fit 4 more comfortably, fit the dog better, get better gas mileage, and be a little more fun to drive. Ill stick a rack on the roof for the mountain bike and be good to go. And I'm sure the mods will come eventually but it will never see a fart pipe on the back of it!
