Well i put my new motor in about a month ago and was sorta dissapointed in it. ( Here are the details http://home.earthlink.net/~nito_jdr/id25.html). I had it at 10 degrees and it felt just like my stock motor. Left it at that the first week to be conservative. Got curious and put it at 15 and MUCH better but still ehhhh, this is not what i had expected even though it would run circles around my old stock motor. Drove around like that for a week. Today, finally said fugg it. If everyone else is runnning around with 16-18* of initial this motor should. Put it at 18* and OMG!!!!! This is what its all about. Crusing in third at 30 mph I punched it and BROKE them loose :D

Learned my lesson. Much like they say, DONT FEAR THE GEAR......with alum heads DONT FEAR THE TIMING. :p
