Oil Breather, Or No Oil Breather?

I need a set of valve covers to cover my new roller rockers. Should I utilize a breather or just cap? What is there to gain by using a breather? I am upgrading my H/C/I with some new roller rockers and I'm not sure which way to go.

Any help?

If you are EFI'd and still have a pcv valve, running a breather will be introducing a vaccuum leak after the mass air meter.

I just read the same thing about ten minutes after I posted, so now I think I'll change my question.

Has anyone ever had a problem clearing their aftermarket roller rockers with ford motorsport valve covers such as these?
