Oil In Exhaust

Hey all. New to stangnet. I have a big problem. I have an 03 gt and am losing all my oil into the exhaust. I've never seen this before. I'm an experienced mechanic. Just did the head gaskets and replaced timing chains\sprockets. Followed all torque specs from ford. Anybody have any idea? Thanks

Only thing done to heads was took to shop to be machined. Started with a clutch job. When I tilted motor to get top 2 trans bolts I guess it cracked intake manifold in back where coolant hose hooks up. I didn't notice it and it got driven and got hot. it down before it went into the red, bit the damage was done. Bought new manifold, head gasket kit, valve cover gaskets, water pump,timing cover gasket and new chains and all 3 sprockets with tensioners and guides. As far as I know nothing was done to the heads except getting machined. Shop removed cams to machine the faces so all the valves were closed. What's got me is that its both sides. I'm confident in my work. Never seen this before.

They are brand new plugs. Are you referring to the ignition points on them after this problem occurred?

I will check. Havnt really done anything yet. Had some other stuff to do. Had one of our goats get hit by a car so had to build a new pen for em. Life in the country..... Plus I'm just upset. Lot of work done and now I have to re-do most of it and spend more $. And my 02 Dakota is down too. Gotta tear it apart and see why I have no oil pressure.... Glad I can work on my own stuff or i would be broke.

You need to know if you have oil in the chambers or not. That'll help the diagnosis.

I've never seen a machine shop deck heads without removing the valves.

If the engine overheated it's possible a few other things happened besides head gasket failure or warped heads. The block deck could have warped and the valve seals could have cooked and hardened up.

Was the block deck checked with a straight edge to ensure its still flat enough to seal? Did the shop remove the valves and possibly damage brittle valve seals?

As far as I know nothing was done to the heads except getting machined.

What did this entail? When I have heads done they check for cracks, R/R valve guides and seals,check and fix flatness if possible, check springs and valves and cams etc etc. In other words they make sure the heads will do what they are intended to do. Hoping getting "machined" entails this, otherwise.......

Seems to me that a cylinder leak down test is in order. This will seriously narrow down what the problem is and where the leak is coming from.
