Just put my 331 back in my car today and i am a little bit worried about the amount of oil in the intake. While the intake was off on the engine stand i could see oil pooled up on top of the valves. So i installed a new pcv and the wire screen. Well after going around teh block and stuff about 30 minutes worth of driving I pulled off the pcv and there is oil allover it. I am going to home depot to get supplies for a oil catch can and try that. I am hoping that this will stop the oil from entering my intake and combustion chamber. I believe that is why i have trouble with spark knock. Any ideas or should I try something else??
