I have a recently built (not fired yet) stroker built for me and i was told to break it in with 10w 40 and then switch to a 20w 50 synthetic or non synthetic.
I am told that the viscosity choice was dictated by the clearances of the engine.
Would that mean that the engine is built loose?
By going to a 5w 20 or 30 ami going to hurt this engine or not?
What are the advantages/disadvantages of tight and loose engines?
