Ok, so i have a Vert which means my car is heavier than a coupe mustang. Now since its winter i have added weight to my trunk.

Tube Sand. 4 Bags In the trunk= 240 Pounds.

Crap, i need gas because it snowed like hell yesterday and the streets are nasty so i need gas which will add alot more weigh. Okay, so now i have a full tank of gas.

How much does 1 gallon of gas weigh?
Answer: Gasoline weighs about 6.1 pounds per gallon.
6 xGas Tank OF Mustang= 84? If the gas tank is 14 gallons.

So do the math. 240+84= 324+Vert Motor!

How much heaiver to a vert mustang to a coupe mustang. (The vert motor?)

Im guessing i have

Now, please remember i have a NONPI mustang. The ricers love to eat me up from a stop light with all this weight in my car. I mean it looks like my back end is slammed with a nice suspension setup when i really have 4x4 springs.

Anyways, back to the story. People love to look @ me like im crazy when im taking off from an stoplight gaining 5mph every 1 minute :rlaugh: :rlaugh: :rlaugh: Ill rather be slow than slide in this nasty slushie **** left from the terrible storm chicago got hit with yesterday. Now i drove my car last year with no weight and if i hit a patch of slushy snow it was hell. Now i can just drive through it like i have snow tires on it when i really have 275 summer tires which sucked last year with no weigh.

So people having problems with snow. Add alot of weigh to the ass and youll be fine. Dont get hard on the gas and you will survive. I saw a mustang yesterday take a turn to fast/hard in the unplowed snow and steered right into a pole almost.. the car stopped just in time.

Chicago got hit hard with some **** yesterday. Good thing i had the Caddy to drive be cause even with all this weigh i still dont trust my mustang in the **** i had to drive in yesterday. Everyone was going 15-20 mph and if iwas in the stang i wouldve been going 5mph.

i hear ya man, the snow was awful yesterday, i dont even know how much we got. had to be at least 5-6 inches. when it snows like that i try to avoid driving my stang. have someone pick me up or borrow my moms lexus es330, although im not a big fan of that expensive camry cause i cant even turn off the traction control.

abs i like, traction control and stability control not so much. every time the back end of the lex would step out even a little, the car would beep at me and apply some brakes to get the back end back in. i cant wait to move out of my parents house again to somewhere warm.

It was terrible. I had to drive out there @ about 8pm than again @ 10-11pm to pick up my Girlfriend that was stuck at work. God, everyone had to go about 15-20 mph top. .even slower at times. The streets was untouched and it was hell, but it was fun at the same time. I liked it because i had an FWD car that could handle the snow well . The RWD mustang i hate it like hell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! in the snow. :ban: :ban: :ban:

Hope were done with this type of snow for t he year.

Edit: Looks like we got hit with 10.5 inches here. HAHA, that was tuff to drive in.
